 Grocery Delivery FAQs 

  • What is Grocery Delivery?

    We recognize that not everyone can get out to our store due to COVID, so we’re now bringing the groceries to you! Eraa delivery allows our customers to select a delivery time and have their groceries delivered right to their door.

  • Will you deliver to condos/buildings?

    Yes. We will deliver your groceries to your home, whether you live in an apartment/condo or a house. Where permitted, in an apartment/condo building, we will deliver to your suite for additional $5. If that is not possible, you will be asked to meet the driver in the lobby of your building. We will not leave groceries with the concierge.

  • What is the Grocery Delivery fee?


    Standard delivery fees start at $8.99 and may vary depending on the delivery location.

  • Is there a minimum order value for Grocery Delivery?


    Yes, your order total must exceed $50 (before taxes and applicable fees).

Grocery Curbside Pickup FAQs 

  • Is there a minimum order value for Grocery Pickup?


    Yes, your order total must exceed $25 (before taxes and applicable fees).

  • Are there fees for using Eraa Curbside Pickup?


    There are no fees for Curbside Pickup orders that are picked up. Just call us once you have arrived at our store.

  • How do substitutions work?


    If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value — free of charge! If you don’t like the replacement, you can reject it for a full refund when you collect your order. If you’d prefer us not to replace unavailable items, you can choose to decline substitutions during checkout.

  • What is the return policy?

    Freshness matters to us, which is why our Associates will only pick the freshest products available and pack your order with care. We are temporarily not accepting any refunds/exchange in the interest of our employees’ safety and yours. All sales are final. Thank you for your continued support. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • What if one of the items I’ve ordered is not available. Will substitutions be made?

    If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will call you if you would like to replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value, free of charge. If you’d prefer us not to replace unavailable items, we will refund that item.

  • I forgot something! Can I update my grocery order?

  • Is your fish frozen?

We are proud to say that our fish is always fresh and never frozen.
