Delivery Availability & Customer Presence
Customers must be available at the delivery address during the delivery time selected at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the order.
Customers are required to answer phone calls or messages from the delivery driver at the time delivery is being attempted. Failure to respond may result in the order being left at the delivery location at the driver’s discretion.
Accurate Delivery Information
The customer is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery information at the time of placing the order. This includes, but is not limited to:

Correct address

Unit or apartment number

Buzzer or intercom code

Building access instructions

Any additional information required to complete delivery
If required delivery details are missing, incorrect, or incomplete, the delivery driver may leave the order in a common or accessible area, including but not limited to:

Lobby

Mail room

Front door

Building entrance
Liability for Delivered Orders
Once the order has been delivered to the address provided—whether handed to the customer or left at the location due to customer unavailability or missing information—delivery is deemed complete.
ERAA Supermarket is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing items after delivery has been completed, including items left in common areas or unattended locations.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for orders affected by customer unavailability, failure to provide required information, or theft after delivery.
Information Sharing & Privacy
By placing a delivery order, the customer expressly consents to the sharing of necessary personal information—including name, phone number, email address, and delivery address—with third-party delivery services selected by ERAA Supermarket for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a delivery order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery Policy, as well as our Final Sale / No Refund Policy.
